Phase 1 keeps the model simple but clear: nickname, country, site language and Telegram as the path toward forum participation.
Nickname as forum identity
Nickname is required from the first step so the forum grows around a durable identity instead of disposable anonymous forms.
Country for community routing
Country affects the globe preview and the My Country branch, while site language remains a separate interface choice.
Telegram for posting rights
Telegram is presented as the future requirement for thread creation and replies, not as a decorative social field.
